Three years on, Diouldé launched, In the Zone Yoga and has transformed her life with aplomb – no more, fags, and fur; Diouldé is also a strict vegan who has turned her back on her former five –a-day caffeine habit.
Although the lifestyle aspects of Jivamukti Yoga may at first appear daunting, Diouldé is determined to make the teachings more accessible with both one –to-one teaching and hands-on assistance.
