If you are planning to participate in the annual London Marathon this Sunday (23rd March) I have five words for you: good luck and FREE Dim Sum! Yep, courtesy of popular, authentic Royal China restaurant: renowned for its Dim Sum, served daily from Noon – 17:00.

If the average Marathon runner burns 100 calories per mile that’s a lot of energy that needs to be re-fuelled, luckily the Royal China Group will be on hand to replenish by offering a FREE dim sum dish, when dining in one of their six London restaurants on the day of the Marathon. Diners simply need to present their Marathon medal to a member of staff on arrival at the restaurant.

Dim Sum dishes are often steamed or baked and so have many nutritional benefits. Diners can choose between favourites such as Cheung Fun (Rice Noodle Rolls) with Peanut Sauce; Steamed Prawn and Chive Dumplings; and Honey Roast Pork Puffs.

After your challenging marathon run, remember to claim Free yummy dim sum:

Good luck!
