My two younger brothers were so appalled at the sight of loose change; mainly pennies, and two pence pieces that they would simply throw the ‘offensive’ items into the bin! Bearing in mind they were both aged three and six at the time and still to find out the true value of money.

As we increasingly head towards a cashless society, there will come a time when the spare change in our pockets will have no monetary value, until that inevitable time, what do you do with spare change? Personally, I’m happy to donate my spare change to the homeless and charity boxes.
