As a firm believer of maintaining good health through food, I applaud the Mindful Chef’s business model of providing a healthy recipe box delivery service. Launched in 2015 by friends Myles Hooper and Giles Humphries, the Mindful Chef follows the Swedish example of providing healthy meals for busy folk. Naturally this concept has been well received where time –poor professionals reside, think: Manchester and London. Furthermore, recipe box deliveries take away the hassle of shopping and cooking, promising all the ingredients needed to a make a quick meal at the end of a long day with no waste.

The recipe boxes contain no refined carbs or refined sugars, are both dairy and gluten – free. While locally sourced fresh, organic produce, and award –winning organic meat and fish are also featured. Vegans and vegetarians are also well catered to with plenty of delicious recipes.
