Having to use the toilet is one of life’s great levellers – regardless of race, gender or social standing we are all required to perform certain bodily functions. When we are forced into communal toilet situations albeit in a shared flat/house, public toilets, and the work toilet there are certain rules firmly set in place. Being someone who doesn’t relish having to ‘share’ toilets I am all for the notion of toilet etiquette, this guide provided by Euroffice includes toilet roll replacement to not ‘hovering’ over the toilet seat. Curiously, there is no mention of hand washing. Personally it irks the very core of my soul to see people exit without washing their hands – gross!
