I love sleeping, if sleeping was recognised as an Olympic sport I would be well on my way to obtaining a gold medal! Taking a nap during the day is a delicious proposition, unfortunately neither being a baby or elderly and having to work during the day, disqualifies me from illustrating such wanton displays of inactivity. However, I may have to reassess the way I view daytime napping as studies reveal that an afternoon nap can boost productivity, improve your immune system and obviously combat fatigue.
