140g 70-80-% chocolate

3 eggs

120ml This Is Good Macadamia Nut Oil

180ml honey

60g organic raw cacao

You will need:

8’ spring form cake tin


Preheat oven to 180

Grease tin with This Is Good Macadamia Nut Oil

Melt the choc and oil over a pan of simmering water

When melted remove

Add cacao, honey and eggs and whisk until smooth

Bake for 20-25 minutes

Allow to cool before serving

If there is any left, cut into squares and freeze. Defrost as desired for a tasty snack
