The sophisticated and delicious Buffalo Trace bourbon with its complex aroma of vanilla, mint and molasses, makes for an ideal accompaniment to holiday recipes. Alternatively, drink straight, poured over a few ice cubes.

30ml Buffalo Trace

20ml Caffé Borghetti (coffee Liqueur)

25ml Espresso

20ml Bourbon Biscuit syrup

25ml Cream or milk

Sprinkle with nutmeg, chocolate powder or coffee beans


Pour the Buffalo Trace bourbon, Caffè Borghetti and biscuit syrup in a shaker.

Add in the fresh espresso and some single cream or milk.

Finally, add some ice and shake vigorously.

Strain into a coffee mug and garnish with a sprinkle of nutmeg, chocolate powder or coffee beans.
