Having to check out early ranks amongst our hotel pet peeves, this particular annoyance was listed along with dirty rooms and ‘hidden’ extras, according to a study carried out by online accommodation site Canstar Blue. Thankfully, The Majestic Hotel Kuala Lumpur has addressed the traditional hotel practice of standard check –in and check –out times and allow guests to enjoy a full 24 –hour stay at no extra cost!

Dubbed the Majestic 24, guests who arrive at 7am will no longer need to wait for the traditional check-in time of 3pm, while business travellers who arrive late at night will not need to worry about the looming traditional check-out time of 12pm if they are only spending one night. The hotel’s General Manager, Jeffrey Mong, spoke about this newly welcomed flexibility:The Bar -

“As our hotel continues to receive guests from all over the world, we feel that this allows our guests some flexibility, particularly weary business travellers who may only stay for one or two nights. This service eases them of the worry of having to check-out at a specific time or pay an additional charge for a late check-out.”

The Majestic Hotel Kuala Lumpur boasts 300 luxurious rooms and suites. Guests can now state their preferred check-in time and can choose to check-out at the same time on the day of their departure.

The Majestic 24 is open to all guests and valid from now until 30th September 2015. This service is applicable for individual bookings and for stays booked directly with the hotel.
