A cocktail with plenty of zest never fails to hit the spot.  This Ron Zacapa Reserva Limitada-based cocktail recipe comes courtesy of  Alex Kratena, Head Bartender at the award winning Artesian Bar – who were awarded the title of ‘World’s Best Bar’ for the third year in a row at last year’s World’s 50 Best Bars Awards.

 

Ingredients:

30ml Zacapa Reserva Limitada

50ml Americano Cocchi

5ml Suze

1dash Grapefruit bitters

1dash Peychauds bitters

10ml Minus 8 Verjus

Glass:

Martini

Garnish:

Grapefruit zest

Method:

Stir all ingredients in a Martini glass, and garnish with grapefruit zest to finish.
