The new store is well stocked with freshly made salads, wraps and flatbreads. Breakfast is also served between 7 -10:30am, options include hot porridge – ideal for these cold, grey mornings and house –made muesli. Chop’d who have been established since 2004, place plenty of emphasis on provenance and work with small, independent suppliers: organic tofu is provided by a supplier in Brick Lane; tuna is line caught from the Indian Ocean; salmon is fished from the Shetland Islands. Furthermore, Chop’d are one of very few retailers to use real British roast chicken, cooked whole on the bone and delivered fresh every morning to be used that day. The following day, fresh chicken stock made with the chicken bones is then delivered for the soups and stews.
